This dental office is wonderful. Everyone was kind and compassionate and very informative. I have had 3 visits so far and plan on making this my permanent dentist office
Overall, I think this is a good place for getting dental care. I lowered the rating because of a recent frustration with trying to get an appointment. I'm a former smoker paying for my ignorance about the relationship between smoking and tooth loss. Over the last 25 years, I've lost teeth that could have otherwise been saved. I absolutely love this dentist office! Very thorough and dedicated staff. I took my mom to see this dentist and she absolutely enjoyed her experience.
My experience as a first-time patient was excellent. I was greeted by Tara, who is very friendly and informative. X-rays, photographs, and cleaning were done with excellence by Kathryn who is also very friendly and informative and explained initial impressions and possible courses of treatment that might be suggested. Dr. Laura Ross rounded out the trio of team members I saw, and she also did a great job of explaining areas of concern, results of X-rays, problems with old fillings, etc, and suggesting a course of action. Brought my mom in for a cleaning. She's in a nursing home and they never brush her teeth. Katherine was very gentle and did an amazing job!!
