My dog chewed my glasses during the Covid19 outbreak. Dr. Doud made a special trip to order me a new pair the next day. The office staff is always friendly and Dr. Doud is the best!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank You!!!!
From the moment we walked in they tried up selling everything. I ordered glasses they were broken and then told they were on back order and not sure when they would be available. I asked for the prescription and they only sent the eyeglasses so I am not able to order contacts even though I paid for a contact exam. When I tried getting it I was told it takes 24 hours to email it but if I drive there they can print it. Not sure why an email takes 24 hours but they can print right away. Super friendly. Great experience. Even my 9 year old said “Wow. Everyone is so nice here!” Awesome technology. Great staff.
They are always so helpful. My son lost his glasses in an accident, and not only did they put a rush on replacement glasses, but since he had just gotten fitted for contacts they were kind enough to give us a few extra trial contacts so he could see until the glasses came in. Thank you!!!
