Tried to pull a fast one on home repairs When we bought our home, it was listed by Hartis Properties. There were a few repairs that needed to be done as found in the home inspection. Everything they had repaired was complete unsatisfactory work. The kickplate was missing on our oven. What did they do? Not buy the missing kickplate. They covered the "space" with some painted black plywood- which was a total eye sore. And considered it fixed.
