We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy returning to the Alpharetta Hilton every time. The rooms are always clean, staff friendly and it is in a great location. We did have one issue trying to get conditioner sent to our room this time. We asked three times, and another shampoo was dropped off instead. Other than that, it is a great hotel!

Went for Valentine’s Day Prix fixe special with my delightful wife. Appetizer was Oysters on the half-shell. The menu on the ad stated a half dozen Oysters. We were each served two. After showing staff their ad they brought us two more oysters each. Entree we both chose was Petit Filet with crab & lobster ravioli. I ordered rare for my steak & my wife ordered medium rare. Very nice restaurant. We had such a pleasant experience.
It's always understaffed when I'm there. The last couple of servers I had were great, but we're running the place solo. My silverware on the last visit was dirty. The food quality is inconsistent, sometimes not fresh and not presented well. It's strange because room service from the same place is typically great - hot and fresh even though it's "take out." I'll try it again in the future because I like this hotel and the bartenders, but hope it gets better.
