Horrible server. Pablo disappears and that’s that. Get your own water and such. Leaves multiple places settings on the table with one diner. The restaurant is in theory upscale but service is akin to a one star restaurant.
Everything was perfect in terms of food until I was greeted by my server. If I remember correctly, his name is Paul. He started by asking if I was Indian or Pakistani, which made me a little uncomfortable for a server to jump to that conclusion. It wasn’t said in a friendly tone. Huge fan of the sandwiches on the bar menu, but man, extremely difficult to call this place to order. They have no direct number and don’t always pick up after being redirected from the front desk.
We went to for a quick dinner and sat at the bar and all I can say is that Nirman was amazing. He is personable and took great care of us. He made sure we were satisfied with our meal and drinks. Thank you Nirman for providing excellent service. We will be back!
We did the Mother's Day brunch buffet. Selections were extensive and the quality of offerings were really good. Overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant and wait staff was very efficient. We left quite satisfied!
