I found both the doctor and all staff pleasant and professional. Dr. Preganzer was pleasent,cool and informative with what infealt was a very nice "bedside manner" as the son of a doctor and surgeon here in CT. I would highly recommend this doctor and group!. Read otger comment..not fare to judge a doctor cause your in pain and they have schedules..if your in agony..go tonthe ER..like me..the doctors office is not urgent care people.have some respect for those who car for our health. Doctor experience good. I'm waiting on test results. Spend 1.5 hours on phone one day after I supposed to be called with results. I was told they couldn't share them with me and had to be called by doctor or nurse. Not good.
Called repeatedly for appt. office never answered the phone.

My apt is at 2 I came in around 110pm. I never meet a Dr office that will not let you check in ealry. Here for a kinedy stone and in major pain hence why I came in ealry. Let see how the rest if the apt goes but so far not happy with the front desk.
