RecommendedDoug has been amazing every time I’ve needed to get something fixed on my truck or sander he makes himself available or if he can’t he will schedule an appointment for me. If you need anything done with your plow or sander Doug is your guy. The staff here is also Awesome and the nicest people you can ever meet!! HIGHLY recommended!! Thanks for taking the time to fix my sander and putting a camera on my sander in this crappy weather.

Terrible customer service. Once they have your money they don’t want to help anymore. Called about having a plow swap to a truck I was buying told me no problem. Bought the truck now they tell me 6 weeks.
I had a plow installed at Hartford Truck for my father. I dropped it off on Monday and they were AMAZING! Their customer service is untouchable. Doug installed the plow and he couldn’t have done a better job!! He even stayed late to get it done for me. I am so happy!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARTFORD TRUCK TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE. My husband's septic company - Eastern Environmental Septic - recently had a truck built at Hartford Truck Equipment. The staff is highly professional and courteous. They were very patient going through all the changes being made during the entire process and had everything clearly spelled out with price and delivery timing. By doing the job they quoted to do and not shortcutting the work. They quoted a hoist and subframe and tried to install a hoist alone, then built up the spacing for the body with wood and modified the rear hinges so that their is inadequate support. It failed inspection and Hartford refuses to correct any of it. They are a joke and out to rob your money. Don't even stand behind their work.
I was fortunate to find this great truck equipment place. I had been using a tow hitch and ball for many years to tow my trailer. Alex was very professional and took time to meet my needs and help me replace my old tow hitch & ball. They informed me that most likely my size of ball was not big enough. I took their advice and used the set up they suggested!!! Low and behold it was the solution to a sloppy old dangerous set up. They were awesome and Went beyond my expectations to help me.
