Super friendly parts department!
Nice people but terrible communication/service. Dropped car off for 8am apt and called at 2pm w no work done. Day 2 called after lunch and no updates available. Day 3 needed driveshaft replacement looking for $1700 and I said its under factory 100k/10 year powertrain warentee... it was then free. Tried to charge nearly 2k for a factory warentee and only 1 service advisor had a line out the door on a Friday. I spent nearly 20 min in line for the only employee.
K***y (they know who it is) was very dishonest with me. I came in with a battery leak. He kept saying my car was not driveable and that couldn’t take my car out of the dealership because I couldn’t drive it. He told me this when i was there for service repair and again when he called later after sending me home in an Uber and keeping my car. I wanted to come back for my car the same day and he said the technician had left for the day (this was 4:30p the shop closes at 6pm) and that my car had been completely taken apart anyw... read more
I called for my 2014 Toyota Camry PCV to be changed and I got the shock of my life.They service personnel told me my car doesn’t have a PCV.WOW WOW!!!Stay clear off this dealership
