I came to this tire shop to change a tire. After changing it, the next day I noticed that the tire was in the wrong position, I came back to fix it, to which they told me that it didn't matter. After much persuasion, they started fixing it angrily, knocking and kicking the wheel, forgetting to unscrew one nut... After finishing the job, the worker angrily tightened the wheel so much that two car services can't unscrew it. Any tire shop will be better than this tire shop. It's just a parody of tire shop
Worst spot to come to. Go somewhere professional and get the job done the right way. They over charge for no reason
drove from Boston to New York and got a flat tire on the way. They were so quick to help me and patch up the tire! Amazing customer service, and great people. I definitely recommend this place.
They don’t even speak english
I asked for a price for 4 tires installed, and the guy can't even talk English. He hung up on me like a child. If you can't handle your job to do customers service, then find a job at mcdonalds or something else to work at the back seat.
