Hartford Hospital does not provide quotes or aftercare instructions for surgery. I also didn't receive written pre-op instructions; just an unscheduled phone call where they gave me conflicting information on which medications I needed to stop. The single follow-up call was 7 AM on a work day; I asked them to call back later and they refused. Awesome people, very friendly and professional. They do there job very well.
Everything i had done went very well
From the front office staff to the nurses, everyone was so kind and courteous. The office was very clean. I have another procedure scheduled and I couldn't be happier knowing I will be well taken care of at this facility.
My overall experience was great.My doctors and operation room faculties were very sweet. Except waking up from my surgery to a mean nurse. Her name was Patricia Lukeski. I had anxiety during the day of surgery. She yelled at me because I woke up with pain.
