We're gut renovating a 100 year old building on a commercial street with stores and residences on either side of party walls. Frank and his team at Hartford Structural Inspections / HSI provided us with pre-construction surveys of neighboring buildings as well as real time vibration monitoring (seismometers), crack monitoring, and optical settling monitoring at both of the neighboring buildings.
