If I could give negative numbers or at least zero I would. Purchased as a rider on my State Farm policy to cover my sewer line. When I had a problem the claim was denied because the line went under a “deck”. This so called deck is basically a glorified palate. They agreed the deck did not cause the problem. They also acknowledge that taking a few boards off the deck so they could dig the hole was so trivial that it did not impede the repair or impact the cost.
