When our a/c went out over the weekend, we called Hartford Services and they immediately sent out a technician. Upon arrival, Manny was courteous and had our a/c working in no time! He was knowledgeable and professional and we will request him for any future services needed.

I have used Hartford Services for many years. I am very pleased with their service. All the techs have polite and on time. The office will follow up with you the next day to see if you were satisfied with your repair. My favorite technician is Manny he is very knowledgeable and can diagnose and repair the problem without delay.

I called at 10:15 today and Tony was at my house by 11 which was amazing to me. He did a tune up on both our heaters. He fixed the problem and gave me tips to keep our AC and heaters working well until the next tune up. I really appreciate him taking those extra steps to help us keep our equipment running smoothly. He was respectful of our home and was patient with my 3 year old too which is always nice to know when letting a service technician in your home.
Tony had serviced my A.C. and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend Tony!
So thankful for Manie at Hartford Services!! No A/C this morning. The thermostat was blank. They came same day and double checked the batteries before selling us a new thermostat. Turns out the new batteries that I put it in were out of date. He saved us a lot of money by thoroughly double checking!! 👍😁
Tony came out on a Sunday during triple digit heat and fixed our unit..He was pleasant, courteous, and professional.
My A/C went out in the middle of the night and I called Hartford Services at 7:00am and by 8:00am I had a response and a scheduled appointment for that morning. They ended up having a technician available earlier than expected and called to let me know he could be at my home earlier than expected. Tony arrived and got right to work. He explained everything that needed to be done, the cost involved and he took care of the repairs quickly. I am so happy that I decided to try Hartford Services!
