Called Hartford Services this morning at 8:30 and Manny was at the house by 10:30 for a quick repair. We’ve used Hartford for several years and always ask for Manny for a/c and heating repairs/service. Manny is thorough, courteous and very knowledgeable.
We recently had our downstairs ductwork replaced and boy, oh boy, what a job that was. Manny was right there the entire time making sure everything was done properly and answering all my questions. He and his team did a wonderful job and we will definitely be using Hartford for any future AC work that we need. Thank you again!

Most definitely would recommend Hartford Services. We have used them for years, in our previous home and our current home (which we've been in for 9 years)! Their technicians,most notable Manny, are very knowledgeable and explain what they're doing and give recommendations if needed. However, we have never felt pressured into purchasing or making optional repairs. Hartford does a good job of answering emergency calls, and Manny, our 5 star technician, always shows up on time and calls if there is any sort of delay.
We have used Hartford Services for ac/heating for many years. Our technician, Tony, is on time, checks out our system thoroughly, and is friendly and courteous. Any repairs have been done promptly and efficiently. Thanks so much, Hartford, for quality service from dependable and well trained technicians. We love that spring and fall we know Tony will be there to keep our systems in good operating condition.
