Because I am not from Hartford Connecticut and therefore I am out of network so to speak I get zero assistance I get bounced back and forth between an emergency room doctor and told they can't help me I need to see my doctor which unfortunately is in Missouri this place is terrible I would rather go to a veterinarian I'm out here for work and get I caught Lyme disease and scratched my cornea and every prescription that I have been had filled through this pharmacy has caused terrible side effects to wit when I try to call and... read more

The New pharmacist, Kim and Kara are terrible. Customer service has seriously declined since the old pharmacist has left. I had to wait in my wheelchair with a sheet on since they sent a brand new delivery person out without telling her the bare minimum. Like I am in a wheelchair. I will have to go elsewhere because this is an example of how angry people have become since Covid. The Kara with whom I spoke refused to give me her name at first. I could have given a clerk pharmacist appropriate protected he’slth information.
