Had a physical that I scheduled around a month in advance. My appointment was confirmed three in a row, including the day before the appointment. Took a day off on the day of my appointment. They call me a few hours before the appointment telling me that my appointment is now cancelled and I need to call back to re-schedule. I call to see if another doctor can do the physical but the receptionist says the other doctor went home sick, then suggests a new appointment time that would not work for me at all.
