I had similar experiences to the others on here . Called for quote . Yes I've had 3 accidents but none were my fault . One of the accidents I wasn't even in the car . My current insurance company has no problem carring me and my rate is actually pretty good I just thought I could do better . Gonna stay where I'm at . Smh
Im an AARP member I received correspondence in the mail from Hartford that I had been pre approved for auto insurance and I could call for a free quote, after an hour of being switch from one person to another and then being told that they would have to send me a form to be filled out by hand and sent back in before they could give me a quote, at this point I said no thank you and hung up. Customer service with Hartford is horrible
My Father served in the US Navy. I have all my insurance through USAA except USAA does not do Office building insurance. USAA has an alliance with Hartford insurance which is why I hired them to insure my office building. I used them for 6 years and never had a problem. I have never made a claim with any of the properties that I own. I randomly get a 30 day notice that they are dropping me.
