I waited 2-3 hours to be seen after my appointment. Was the last to be seen they were closing the office during my visit. Got back results I need to speak with the doctor about but they’re not answering they don’t close for another half hour so that’s crazy. Also listed my partner could be given the information as I anticipated they would try to contact our shared phone at an hour they had already been told I wouldn’t have it. Holy moley this place is awful. Every time I've gone I've waited an unreal amount of time and no one seems to know what they're doing. The final straw was when I came in after an ER visit and the provider told me at the end to go schedule my annual at the checkout desk. I was then told at the checkout desk that they were not scheduling annuals at that time and I could "try again next year." Receptionist is rude and unprofessional
Find yourselves a better practice. They ask you to come in 30 minutes earlier than scheduled time just to have you wait in the waiting room for over an hour, and then another hour in the exam room. Lately my appointments have been rescheduled the day off and then scheduled for a time that does not work for me. When I call the office to ask the reason behind the last minute rescheduling all I get is an attitude. Some of the medical staff are disrespectful and have Zero phone etiquette.
