Absolutely terrible, waited in ER for 3 hours in agonizing back pain and then when explaining my problems to Sean M. McGovern the PA all he did was feel my back for the pain and told me it was mild back pain. he is absolutely the worst and should be fired for his negligence to his patients. I can’t wait till he dies.
Came here to have a heart ablation done and was very impressed with the whole experience. My nurse Maureen was very nice and attentive during pre and post op. She and Dr. Friedman made the whole experience very easy and straightforward. I was able to go home the same day after the surgery which was awesome. The whole team that was involved did a great job.
Have a blood clot in my knee , doctor said urgent I get an ultrasound, she sent over the referral last night and have called been on hold for over 45 minutes. Probably about to die on hold.
Literally when I say this is so unfortunate because their nurses are so kind, this is the WORST hospital experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived I hadn’t eaten for a whole day due to retching, i expressed them to them and they explained that due to DKA protocol they couldn’t feed me until my ketones were corrected. This is completely valid, however STARVATION KETOSIS LITERALLY EXISTS ??? They did not give me any type of food for the THREE DAYS I was in the ICU until I threatened to leave.
