My wife had an extremely disappointing experience at Hartford ER. We came in with a genuine emergency and ended up waiting over 8 hours before receiving the care we needed. No one should have to wait that long during a medical emergency. The lack of timely attention, communication, and updates made an already stressful situation even worse. What a wonderful team of people who work there.
They had a patient with cancer and a serious infection stay in the hall for more than 9 hours no treatment. Patient who is close to going sepsis and nothing being done. They are refusing to let this patient seek the proper care elsewhere. They have violated hippa laws and will be facing charges. Please come here if you want to die.
