Highly disappointed. Usually prescribed antibiotics when I’m sick with a viral infection but they did not give me any meds. It’s day 5 and I’m still super sick. Won’t be coming back here.

When I tested positive for covid on the 18th of Sept. I went to this urgent care center and was greeted by a very nice receptionist, was cared for by a lovely doctor's assistant, and treated by a very nice and competent doctor!!! It was a far cry from having to deal with the difficult phone system of Yale Newhaven which was hard to navigate.
