I have never left a negative review before, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel compelled to share it. I went in to be checked for a cold because I am pregnant and wanted to make sure I didn’t have strep or anything requiring immediate attention. The front desk staff member was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the medical assistant (or nurse) named Jeff was the opposite. He performed my nasal and throat swabs.
