The experience was good overall. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. I live in Monroe so the convenience of having an urgent care center close by was ideal.
Went for UTI got false negative 2x went somewhere else tested positive. Also test results were not instant I had to go on my MyChart read them myself, it said results have not been read yet, go to different walk in where results were instant and Positive.
