Just to make an appointment was a train wreck. When I finally got one(2 months out)the office called me 2 hours before the appointment to cancel it!!! Said it was out of their control. So I rescheduled with another doctor in this group, I was called again that that doctor was going to be out of town for a week. I told them, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Horrible way to do business especially for a new patient. If I could I'd give it half a star

Extremely disorganized, no one seem to know what is happening regarding patient's care, does not inspire an ounce of confidence, I pray I never have to deal with any of them ever again.
The doctor was great. Trying to schedule a surgery has been a nightmare. The surgery scheduler was totally inept. Did not return calls. Changed date of surgery three times. Changed back to original date one week before surgery causing me to reschedule time off once again as well as my spouses time off to be able to take me.
