I have noticed a decline in service that this facility with the new staff. Back in March, I had an appointment with my PCP however they had called out sick. No one from the office called me to let me know so I wasted my time from work to drive to the facility. Then when speaking with the receptionist, he basically didn't care and wanted to schedule me for the next further appointment out. Came in for my yearly physical. Overall went fine until PA Wong wanted to address previous feedback I gave her. She was very defensive and clearly upset that I gave feedback. She said, and I quote, "I don't care if I offend you. I don't care if I offend my patients." To me, this breaks the do no harm oath that medical providers allegedly take. I wouldn’t go to this place if I was you since they went to Hartford care the women at the desk and the nurse are very rude people I went today and the lights were off in the office. It was completely dark. I looked through the glass didn’t see anybody so I sat down. Then the lady opened the window and said come to the window. I told her I didn’t know anybody was in here cause the lights are on. She told me she had a migraine headache and the lights had to be off and she was in a very grouchy mood.
