I wouldn’t recommend this place. Some of the staff that are there, don’t know what they’re doing. They’re just hiring people to work there.

I called the office to schedule a same day follow up after leaving the ED in the morning, and I explained that clearly over the phone. The appointment was scheduled without any mention of issues. However, when I arrived, I was told that insurance would not cover it. I explained that I also work in healthcare and know that same day ED follow ups are typically handled without issue, but the front desk staff was dismissive.
