Second time coming to my client appointment here and they take people in before someone’s appointment and take so long to get them in. First wait was like two hours, second wait its now getting close to one hour wait now n was here 30 mins early before appointment time. Ridiculous on how they have unfair rules here and not treat every patient as important as the other. Not only did they take an emergency patient. They need better services here and better management. I'm quite happy with Dr. Chapados, however the communications at this office leave a lot to be desired. The automated answering system is terrible. Long waits on hold & if you finally get to speak to a person they are often rude. MI hele & Wendy are very helpful but some of these issues have me thinking of finding a new do tor.
