I was scheduled for a 4:00 appointment, and when I arrived at 4:00, the contact at the front desk told me I was supposed to have arrived by 3:45. She then proceeded to tell me I could no longer be seen and the next appointment wouldn’t be available for 3 months. Highly dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and I will be finding a new provider due to the inconvenience.

Girl at front desk answered the phone immediately asked me can she put me on hold for a few minutes and I waited for 25 minutes and she never came back to the phone

I've been seen at this location for the past 20 years. The staff are very friendly, and my doctor Timothy Holsbeke is very knowledgeable.

I had an appointment at 1:30, arrived at 1:30 and waited in line to check in. I was checked in and paid for my appointment. 20 minutes later, I ask when I'll see the doctor, as my husband has an appointment he needed to get to at 2:30 and was home with the baby. I have been sick for the past month or so and was relying on this appointment to finally get it checked out and get antibiotics in time before family come to visit this week.
