Been here twice and each time I have gone I’ve gotten no help whatsoever. First time I went the cops were called because I didn't have my ID. I was bleeding from my head and throwing up so instead of helping the police came. Second time I set an appointment up and when I came in for my appointment I was told they didn’t have an open spot for me and I was going to have to make another appointment. I highly recommend not going to this urgent care.
I went there on a Sunday evening, all staff were there and greeted me as well, and I didn’t have to wait long! The place looks very clean and well maintained. The Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the medical field, acknowledged my concerns and recommended a good treatment plan!
The entire staff is very caring and professional! Dr. DeFusco is wonderful!
this is a place where you can take group. if you don't have insurance it costs like $1000 a week. the group is for alcoholism. you can also go to WCMHN in Waterbury instead of alcoholism group here, since it is also covered under DMHAS
