I had a great experience with the nurses and the physical therapist. All were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions after my hip replacement and they helped me understand my medications and the best way to move around. The physical therapist was very encouraging and made sure I knew how to do the exercises correctly. If I need healthcare at home in the future, I would choose Hartford HealthCare at Home.
In spite of having hip replacement surgery, my experience was wonderful. Very professional, courteous and supportive.
We have been using Hartford Healthcare for a few months now for my mother with severe dementia. The REACH program was wonderful! It was such a blessing to have a caring nurse come and provide care at my home. This saved my mom from a lot of anxiety and safety since we didn’t have to go to doctor’s offices. She’s now with the hospice service and we are just so thankful for the amazing nurses and social worker. My therapist was Sharon Music. Sharon was very informative in explaining everything that she was doing so that I could understand. Very helpful and caring about ny therapy I would highly recommend her and if I ever in need of therapy I definitely want her
