I hate to give a 1 because the clinical staff were really great. The staff at check in, however, was disrespectful, argumentative and dismissive. They also seem to be unaware that there conversations are not private and can be heard by the whole waiting room. I asked a question about why another patients care was prioritized over my mothers. I didn’t really understand their answer but any question I asked was met with a dismissive comment. Great care from start to finish. My nurse was amazing. She made me feel so safe and well taken care of. Never had such a wonderful experience at an emergency room before.
