I hate to give a 1 because the clinical staff were really great. The staff at check in, however, was disrespectful, argumentative and dismissive. They also seem to be unaware that there conversations are not private and can be heard by the whole waiting room. I asked a question about why another patients care was prioritized over my mothers. Great care from start to finish. My nurse was amazing. She made me feel so safe and well taken care of. Never had such a wonderful experience at an emergency room before.
I have gone here I think 5 times in the past 2 1/2yrs (I have two boys now 6 and 4 who give me heart attacks daily) and they have been AMAZING. The check in is always smooth and quick. Never had to wait more than 10min (once) but usually called within only a couple minutes. The nurses are fantastic, and the two drs we saw for those visits were great with my kids.
