phone staff are just as rude as they are unhelpful. I was told I was going to receive a call for my next Injection instead I receive nothing so I call to be blamed?
Beware ‼️ they code Botox injections as a minor surgery and they charge you a hospital/facility fee of 300 dollars in addition to the cost of the medication. News flash - Botox injections are a non surgical procedure. You would think neurologists would be smart enough to know that. Money grab/scam!!!!!
i've had my appointment cancelled on me 8 times Within the past three years (all within 1-2 hrs prior to the start of my visit) same provider, no reason given, ever... this is an overdue appointment (keep in mind, this is a reschedule from over 6 months ago)...i spoke with the president of this place and they assured me this would NEVER happen again, they apologized immensely after acknowledging all the mistreatment yet it appears that meant nothing because this just keeps happening...staff on the phone are just as rude as t... read more
Absolutely the most incompetent office staff anywhere in the Hartford Healthcare system. They have layers upon layers of staff who hand off a problem to another person to another person to another person and nothing gets resolved. I have been calling for 10 days now to get a longtime prescription refilled and while multiple people have apologized repeatedly for the delay NOTHING has been done because ONE doctor is on vacation apparently.
