I had a major eye problem due to a scratch and they did an amazing job with immediately taking the pain away and fixing my eye! I was overly impressed with this clinic.
Very caring, but don't go before closing. They've mixed up the dosing instructions for my child's prescriptions twice and there's no way to get in touch with them after hours. They rushed to fix it first thing in the morning, but those were two long nights. As long as they're available, they're great.
I want to start by saying the front desk staff at this location are wonderful. They were very nice, helpful, and pointed me in the right direction immediately. However, the experience completely fell apart once I was pulled into a room. I waited for 30 minutes for the provider, Julian, to show up. When I finally got up to see what was happening, he appeared at the door. When I asked where he had been, he simply responded with "that's him," which was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. All of the staff, from receptionist, MA, to providers, are always welcoming, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Most of all, they listen and give of their time. Much appreciated!
In the past, I was very satisfied with the care and the facility here. However this year I tried to go twice over the past couple of months (Jan and March), but because my insurance was bought out by another company, this walk in clinic did not update their computer system with the capacity to accommodate the newly formatted insurance ID numbers.
