On September 6, I came to the urgent care and was greeted with a nurse practitioner cats KATZ. She inspected the additional blisters I was getting due to the fact of my second-degree burns the week prior diagnosed perfectly. She was very caring and professional. kudos keep the good ones.
Disrespectful staff not professional at all
I had a 12:15 appointment and although the wait was beyond the time, an apology was issued. That showed they hold themselves accountable. I appreciated that!! The staff were professional and friendly. The PA knew her stuff and was able to get me the medication I needed.
