We had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was very kind, caring, and professional. They took great care of my son, including X-rays, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated how fast and smooth the visit was. Highly recommend!
We had an outstanding experience at this Urgent Care. My son needed 12 stitches for two sections of his shin, and Emily took care of him with remarkable skill and compassion. She kept him calm throughout the entire procedure, which made such a difference. The whole staff was polite, welcoming and professional from the moment we walked in. I can honestly say this is the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care my son received.
Front desk and who I assume were nurses were unprofessional, laughing at patients checking in and whispering. The physician was friendly and helpful, but I was so uncomfortable I will not be returning.
I went in due to a fall and pain in my foot. The front staff was friendly enough. I was unaware that a referral was sent to Hartford, My follow-up was delayed due to having to make an app with my PCP in Massachusetts, where I'm from before they would give me a referral. I then found out I had info in the portal. I have now linked them, but I'm in MA and rarely use the one for CT. This info could have been shared. Staff was kind and did not seem judgemental which I've had problems with in the past. The facilities were clean and welcoming, I liked the wood decor. It felt less like a hospital.
