Went in because I had a fever for 2 days, body & ear aches. Was negative for Covid, flu and strep. They sent me home with cough medicine and Flonase. The prescriptions did absolutely nothing and a week later I have a terrible cough and now pink eye. Update: turns out that I had bronchitis which turned to pneumonia because it wasn’t treated properly. I had to get x rays of my chest done this morning. Will not be returning to this urgent care facility.
Upon arrival, receptionist was polite and helpful. I had to come back because they were short-staffed, but when I did, nurse practitioner who took care of me was friendly, caring and knowledgeable
Waited 50 minutes to see a provider. Make reasonable appointments. My time matters.
I would recommend HHC GoHealth to anyone. I was seen quickly and back home in less than an hour. You can always count on HHC.
