I was referred to this practice by my GI physician. I called on 8/18 to make an appointment, was told I needed a referral. I called my doctor who has one faxed on 8/23. It was unfortunately faxed to the wrong number. I called by on 8/26 to be told that it had not been received. I was given the fax number which is the same fax # given on 8/18.
