The whole experience was very positive. Robin was friendly and made me feel at ease, while also being very professional. The medical person that I had the virtual appointment with was excellent as well. I’m so glad we have this option in this area since we are so underserved medically. I will not hesitate to go back if needed.
The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility is! It is so much nicer than the minute clinic at another pharmacy I’ve used! It’s like a full sized Drs office instead of those tiny little cramped rooms where the provider is just about sitting on the mini bed with you. The nurse was very timely, nice and attentive as well as the provider! Great experience both times myself and my son visited and will continue to use this location.
Cynthia went beyond the call of duty to help me get diagnosed and treated for influenza. Thank you Cynthia.
