Had an appointment last week. Showed up on-time and rang the doorbell. Most of the lights were off inside and nobody answered the door. Very dark and sketchy at night. After waiting a few minutes I got the hell out. Haven't heard anything since. They are either permanently closed or really struggling as of late.
Almost the whole staff changed since the last time I was there and a lot of them are way less knowledgeable about LGBTQ+ health needs. They also haven't had full STI panels/treatment for like a month now, just HIV and hepatitis tests.
Really disappointed in the cancellation of the social and educational programs. Also, the focusing less on providing services to queer people is unfortunate.
