I did not like Scott Charmoli! He was very rushed, rough, and money hungry. He booked multiple appointments at once and would stand up to save time! I didn't trust him and it turns out my gut was correct! I did like the staff at the dental office though.

I would definitely give Hartford Family Dental a 5 star rating!!! The people there were so nice. Long story short, I have had very very bad dental experiences so I was a nervous wreck as usual when I got there. But the staff were so nice and they actually took the time to show me what the problem was and what my options were. I have to say that was the most pleasant dentist experience I have ever had!! I cannot express how happy I was leaving my appointment today. I struggle going to the dentist due to bad past experiences. I can honestly say that today, I barely felt getting numbed or worked on! Dr. Charmoli was gentle and very effective. He was able to get the result I was hoping for and I didn’t need a root canal!! My previous dentist insisted I needed a root canal. So not only did Dr. Charmoli save me money, he saved my tooth!!! Thank you all for everything that you do at Hartford Family Dental Care.

Honestly the best dentist experience I've had. Quick, easy and very skilled individuals. Everyone is respectful, and always is a pleasure to talk with. Walking into the place you're already well taken care of, very kind receptionist and staff members. I highly recommend switching to Hartford Family Dental Care.
