I went in a few minutes late to pick up, and the staff at the front desk was so gracious, helpful, and kind! Truly a life saver!
The constant lateness of the appointment times is a complete turnoff - the West Hartford location does 5xs the amount of patients on time - Not a fan of this location as of my 2nd visit !
Recently I went to Dr. Solinsky's Avon office with no appointment for an acute concern. Evette, Angela and Dr. Olewnik were very kind and took care of me even though I arrived during a very busy day. I appreciate their expertise and I am very grateful. Bonna Neuhauser
