I was refered here by my oncologist to do a specific field of vision test baseline. I get there and they do a regular follow my finger test and then tell me they dont have the right equipment in that office to do the requested test and asked me to make another appointment and a different office of theirs. They didn't do anything different my referral dr already did. But they sure insist on payment still. They even sent a registered letter. I am tired of all the incompetence in the medical fields. I went in a few minutes late to pick up, and the staff at the front desk was so gracious, helpful, and kind! Truly a life saver!
The constant lateness of the appointment times is a complete turnoff - the West Hartford location does 5xs the amount of patients on time - Not a fan of this location as of my 2nd visit !
Recently I went to Dr. Solinsky's Avon office with no appointment for an acute concern. Evette, Angela and Dr. Olewnik were very kind and took care of me even though I arrived during a very busy day. I appreciate their expertise and I am very grateful. Bonna Neuhauser
