The facility is brand new. The staff is friendly and cares about their clients. The grounds are immaculately pruned. Also the bad element seems to not congregate at this location. If you are fighting substances then Root center is a great place to start

The root center in Hartford played a significant roll and still continues to do so in saving my life. First my desire to stay clean had to be greater than the desire to use.
