Since this is the only way I can contact you, I need someone to figure this out. I keep receiving emails and texts to pay my bill, but every time I call, I get a busy tone and can’t get ahold of anyone.

Shocked when I just tried to call and schedule an appointment with this office. My PCP put in a referral and I received a call from them a few weeks ago. When I got around to calling to schedule they told me the physicians aren't taking new patients and I could see the APRN depending on my insurance. I've been an APRN for 20 years so very happy to see that provider. I told them our insurance was Tricare and they told me the APRN doesn't take that insurance and just stopped talking.
