I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dermatology office, particularly with Dr. Deamer. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were cold and unwelcoming—barely making eye contact, let alone greeting me. As for Dr. Deamer, I strongly advise people of color to avoid her. She was dismissive and unhelpful, immediately assuming my under-eye concerns were purely genetic without offering any real solutions beyond “wear sunscreen.” When I asked if there were other options, she seemed clueless and literally resort... read more
I'd give five stars for the doctors but the receptionist was so edgy and unfriendly and cold. Come on people, your front facing people are the face of your business. They need to be spoken to about their tone and get it together!
The Dr's are great. The receptionists make the experience cold as ice. No eye contact, talk like robots, so cold. Come team, we're all humans, we can be nice to each other. Also, what dr's office has a busy signal, or an "all circuits are busy now" prompt. Invest in a better phone system here!

Similar to another review on here almost identical and glad I read it because it made me feel a little less bad that I wasn’t the only one. Same story as other one I accidentally wrote the wrong time and put 330 down on my calendar instead of 315 was a total accident! I called around 325 already 10 mins passed and said so sorry I’m in a parking lot on 84 traffic was horrible and I was running a few minutes late.
