Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes such a difference in day-to-day living. It’s clear they take pride in the community and care about their residents.
I’ve had a really great experience living at Hartford Commons so far. Patti and Sharron in the leasing office made everything super easy from start to finish and were always helpful and responsive. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The maintenance team has also been awesome. Frazer and Bob are friendly, professional, and quick to help.
