I've been here for nearly a year Do not rent from this place. Maintenance doesn't get done, the laundry facilities as so nasty and so lacking that I go and pay to do my laundry somewhere else. First of all there's one washer and one dryer for the whole complex,and one time I went in there and there was just a pile of hair on the floor. Cops are here at least once a week to handle some domestic disturbance, and if it's rainy there's standing water everywhere so the flies are out of control. Do not trust these folks We showed up for an appointment to lease an apartment which was supposed to be ready. We had not seen the apartment yet because we live some distance away. When we arrived no staff were present. We tried the door which was open. The apartment was dirty and half painted - wet paint dripping down the walls. They knew we had a distance to drive and we had offered to wait until next week, but they set the appointment and then totally blew us off.
