RecommendedI've been using Hartford animal clinic for years now. I went in, with my daughter, today to have her cat euthanized. They were all so kind and compassionate. Dr. Shultz didn't rush us and he made us feel so comfortable. The staff and doctors are wonderful!
We are new to Ponca City and took our dog for yearly updates to this clinic. Receptionist was friendly but can’t say the same for the female vet that saw our fur baby. Came in, never introduced herself, never ask our pets name or called her by her name (that was on the chart). Didn’t check anything except her ears. Gave her 2 shots at the same time, tossed the syringes on the table, opened her mouth and gave her meds. Looked at my husband and said there ya go. Out the door she went.
