They're big on false advertisement and their selection is mediocre at best. if you get anything in the mail from them just throw it in the trash.

Excellent place! Excellent customer service!!! My vehicle is in the service department right now... I needed something out of my car after they were closed... they opened the shop for me to enter my car!! Above and beyond caring!!! Will definitely be going back when it’s time to trade in my VW!!!
Communication needs some improvement. If it had been as it should I would have bought the car; however, they caused the situation to be impossible. They must have so many sales that having a few slip through the cracks does not matter.
The service department at Harte is amazing. They are kind and caring. They worked incredibly hard to get our car back on the road again and were incredibly supportive of us during a very difficult time for us. Time in and time out.. Harte family motors impresses us with their attention to detail, hard work , kindness, and incredible service. We will continue to buy our vehicles through Harte.
Very honest dealer, the service manager; George, is a hard working, extremely dedicated professional to the company and his clients. George will make you feel at home the moment you meet him. The sales manager; Jim, is an experienced professional with long time history in the industry. And you can't forget the Parts department, Juan goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Definitely a great dealership.
