I had brought my car in to be serviced by the Harte Infiniti dealership. I went with getting my car serviced here because they are certified technicians that specialize in working with my Infiniti vehicle. I thought I would be treated with the best quality service possible but I was wrong. I paid over 3,000 dollars to have my car repaired. Not once did they tell me that they did not inspect the oil to see if there was any metal in the oil that would cause my motor to fail. Great Service. Professional mechanics have been great, identifying issues, and potential issues with my vehicle, while Alton who is the Service Advisor, has been great in communicating these issues. Staff have been wonderful, even as I watch them interact with other customers. Thank you all so much.

The salesman named Austin was so horrible. He knew nothing about the car he was trying to sell us. He also told us we were wrong when we presented him with the paperwork saying military gets 4.5% sales tax. When we wouldn’t buy the car he said “sucks for you to lose a great car over $300.” Nope. Sucks for him to lose a sale. They dealership called us begging to buy the car and they dropped the price a ton. If they want to sell cars, the first thing they should do is fire Austin. Counting the day’s until I am out of my first (and definitely my last) Infiniti lease and it’s 99% due to these dealerships The customer service at both these locations is the worst I’ve ever experienced starting with the people that answer the phones. The service center, the lease people, the managers. All unprofessional, obnoxious and rude. Great experience!!! No pressure and staff are more than willing to make the car buying process fit the needs of the customer. Not once did I feel like I was being manipulated or coerced as a female shopping alone for a car! Paperwork was seamless and no hassle to get the car off the lot. Super convenient they do registration for Massachusetts. Adeno and Carmen are excellent!!! Very satisfied with my first “big girl” purchase. Thank you Harte Infiniti!
