bad customer service One of the worst customer service experiences I have came across ever. My car broke down on Friday morning and was towed to them for service. I have dealt with gentleman named Paul who was really not helpful, not to mention pleasant. It took them about 5 hours just to diagnose the problem, which by the way is still not fixed and I do not even have a time frame where it will be. Paul was not able to provide me with exact cost of the repair, he said "about $700". I bit high for replacing water pump and he ... read more

Harte service dept...poor! Had a bad experiance here years ago...brought my company car in because there was a small leak in the radiator hose...I wanted it taken care of because I was driving out of state on a 3 day camping trip the next day. They said no problem- but at the end of the day, (when I brought it there early am) they said they never had time to get to it, and I would have to leave it for the weekend!!Told them NO, I need the car for the trip the next day, they told me they didn't recommend me driving it like th... read more
