I have had my ups and downs over the years and Chris have been an integral part in changing my mindset which ultimately contributed to my well-being, doing so via Skype! We live in different states and my family physician recommended him as the best in Boston area. She was right and there isn't a doubt in my mind his way of practicing cognitive behavioral therapy would work for anyone!
