I had an appointment at 2pm today, got a call at 9:25am to lock in my appointment, and got there at 1:30pm, since this was my first time, to fill out anything. Got everything filled and literally waited for an entire hour! No one spoke to me about being late or letting me know that someone was going to see me. Nothing! The only thing I got was a “I’m sorry” that’s it. *Update* I don’t know how to change the recommendation but I highly recommend after a second appointment!!!! Dr Hart is knowledgeable and he listens. His kind bedside manner helps me relax and I always leave feeling better. Because of the care I receive I’m able to live an active lifestyle and continue to provide personal training and group exercise instruction!
Love this place. Dr Hart is amazing and I just had the best, most healing massage by Marc. Between the two of them, I can move my neck without pain. Two thumbs up from me!
New patient. First appointment was today. Dr. Hart and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Would recommend for anyone with pain or discomfort to give them a try. Looking forward to the next visit.
