The best option I’ve found for fixing roof or siding leaks, they’re fantastic at it. Also cheaper than others because they won’t tell you to replace the whole roof, they just find the actual problem and fix it PERMANENTLY!! They’re also experts at exterior restoration of older houses — they did an absolutely beautiful job restoring and replacing old cedar shingles and wood window frames on our ~1910 built house—it looks incredible and is probably going to outlast us. Horrific experience - TLDR = do not use Hart! Ken Hart ran up a 5-figure bill while continually refusing to provide estimates and without giving any heads-up on the amount he intended to charge. When we protested, he threatened to file a construction lien on our home. Completely untrustworthy - buyer beware.
Called and spoke with the “owner” or boss … a rude and unpleasant person would be a understatement
This company overcharged us and did shoddy work not to mention ripped off our copper. Understandable why they are rated by Google as a one star company. Very disappointed!
